reduce administrative accounting overhead on this side - all
related/alleged tax liabilities VATs, etc., shall always be
fully born by the client & shall not diminish the total due to
the service provider; -And this condition is always adhesive
to all contracts regarding the associated paid services described

Professional Rates are
as follows:
Spectrelayer PERSONAL
services (for audiophile libraries & non-circulated nor resold
tracks) are billed at $0.49 for each second of finished audio file. I.E: If a
project produces 5 tracks each 200 seconds in normal run length, the
bill due shall be (5x200seconds) = 1000Seconds x $0.49 = $490.00
Canadian Dollars.
Spectrelayer
PROFESSIONAL services
are billed at $1.99 for each second of finished audio file if used
in the commercial release. I.E: If a
project produces 5 tracks each 200 seconds in normal run length, the
bill due shall be (5x200seconds) = 1000Seconds x $1.99 = $1990.00
Canadian Dollars.
PROFESSIONAL services take scheduling priority over PERSONAL
services in the
process queue. This assures that PROFESSIONAL jobs get
priority treatment & the best possible turn-around time.
Special consulting
services are billed at $499/hr. And come due when the invoice is
submitted - paid in the equivalent cryptocurrency.
The equivalent in cryptocurrency shall be sent to
a wallet shown below based on
the exchange rate
posted at the Kraken exchange
at the time the transfer is made.
Payments come due as the completed audio files are sent to the
client & payment constitutes acceptance of the file/s delivered,
as-is. If a file received requires additional reprocessing, please resubmit the
job with the reasons why the file needs to be reprocessed via
Spectrelayer. If the fault is on this side, the file shall be redone
for no extra fee & the related track billing cut to HALF of the original
amount. Files processed with Spectrelayer but NOT used in a
commercial release are billed at the personal rate of $0.49/second of finished audio
file. Special rates, quantity rates, charity rates & crash
processing are options. Please fully describe
your need or proposal by e-mail

Use of the
Spectrelayer service without mention in the credits?
If for some reason you
utilize the Spectrelayer service, but either we or
you are unwilling to allow our logo/reference to
appear in the credits of the respective media
distribution - our rate structure will be
DOUBLED. This option to omit associated professional
credit is NOT available in combination with any
discounted rate Spectrelayer may otherwise
offer. Spectrelayer reserves the right to refuse any
job request.

SIMPLE TERMS OF USE
Upon Payment, the Client agrees to utilize the Spectrelayer Audio
exactly as provided unless otherwise agreed upon. Upsampling to
increase sample-rate or bit-depth are allowed as is copying to lossy,
bandwidth-saving formats - provided that any such conversions do
not utilize any processes to alter the signal other than commonly
utilized to process any similar waveform for transmission or storage
purposes. The client also agrees to post a credit in such
listings of related credits denoting: "End stage post processing
provided by Www.SpectreLayer.Rocks" or words to that effect. The
client may opt to use a Spectrelayer logo in addition to the written
credit from artwork located
HERE.
The purpose of these terms is to protect the reputation of both
parties from practices that may adversely alter the Spectrelayer
sound which may lead to disrepute; -& to provide a credit promoting
the quality reputation of both parties such as the effect when,
I.E: The "THX" logo is proudly displayed.
Since the best proof is sure proof: As a 1-time free offer:
Professionals may E-mail a LOSSLESS
test stereo audio file (one you have copyright/s to) up to 25MB
in size (formatted as WAV, FLAC, or APE) & it will be processed with Spectrelayer
ASAP &
the result sent back to you as an AAC file attachment. At that point - you'll have
the original source and the Spectrelayer'd result to compare for
yourself. It's the ONLY way to be absolutely convinced with proof
positive! And: Be sure to adjust the average playback
loudness using a
standardized loudness metering device in order to avoid the
loudness-war perceptual trap. After all: If you can't believe your
own ears ...
