If
you're a commercial producer with existing professional
relationships with copyright-holders: Read! |
Spectrelayer
is here. The service has nearly a decade of development & as much
lead time. You know that over 70% of music sales are currently what
is called "Older Genres". Because those artists from the 70's & 80's
are also the favorites of the post-"Boomer" generation, a unique
sales window is still open. You see, the only
thing better than selling a record once is to sell it twice. And the
people who might buy it the 2nd time are those who purchased the
original release. There is only (1) reason that somebody would do
that: An audibly superior re-release of their favorite material.
When companies began to sell digital re-releases of previously
analog material - they realized this simple truth, too. Thus,
digital formats replaced tape & vinyl with a roar at the
cash-register. Now, there's Spectrelayer!
Spectrelayer Offers Your Label an Easy
$trategy:
 |
Try the free
Spectrelayer offer; -& then trust your ears. Let some
colleagues listen critically to the Spectrelayer'd content.
Trust their ears, too. |
 |
Locate a classic, popular recording you have accessible
rights to - & task Spectrelayer to post-master your current best
existing release of it or select tracks. This is as simple as
sending a series of existing stereo tracks to Spectrelayer
in lossless format for post-processing!
|
 |
Listen critically to each of the tracks
post-processed by
Spectrelayer. Your payment constitutes acceptance as-is for each
track. Address issues before payment! You never pay in advance
for a processed track (although outstanding amounts due may
be called for settlement prior to continued service). Seem
fair enough? Simply,
No risk! |
 |
Compile the "New & Improved Release" using the Spectrelayer
post-mastered tracks. I strongly suggest a Compact Disc release version
regardless of other formats. |
 |
Market the improved audio with the same zeal that was used to
transition from analog versions to digital decades ago.
Let people talk it up. Spectrelayer sounds audibly superior.
Major advances in audio quality require boisterous marketing
measures! |
 |
Sell the Spectrelayer editions at a
premium price & be sure
to give the customer the benefit of every perk & special that
you (& the artist) can possibly include! Marketing,
marketing, marketing!
|
 |
Lastly, these
steps are all to streamline costs & generate revenue.
Strongly suggested: NEVER
OFFER TO STREAM LOSSLESS SPECTRELAYER'D CONTENT THRU ANY
SERVICE. Why? Spectrelayer already sounds better than
competing releases - even in lossy formats such as AAC, Opus
or MP3, etc. Streaming in lossy saves a fortune on bandwidth
costs - especially VBR codecs. Keep Spectrelayer'd LOSSLESS as a marketing
option to sell on lossless media such as CD's.
Generally, for well under
$9999-Canadian per project - a "Spectrelayer'd" version of a classic
artist can be created from existing material!

Spectrelayer Offers
an Audio Hardware
Renaissance!
 |
If you
manufacture or contract audio playback hardware, -selling
"Spectrelayer ready" personal stereo devices is a very real
option & will also drive marketing on the music side.
|
 |
How?
Spectrelayer'd content is roughly 12-17dB less loud than
conventional releases. This means that devices capable of
higher power output are necessary to play back Spectrelayer'd content with the transients intact at
regular loudness levels. Ask your engineering dept
why this is so if it's unclear to you. The bottom line is
this: Spectrelayer is a real improvement in audio. It's not
a gimmick. Again: Trust your ears. As a departure from
so-called "conventional wisdom", Spectrelayer is a
technology birthed from the philosophy to "Make Fidelity,
'High' again". |

Consulting
services are available if you would like your engineering
staff to have the benefit of this insight to help design
Spectrelayer-optimized audio!

Some Final Thoughts:
As the process
developer, a
polymath &
autodidact;
-I wish that Spectrelayer was a simple black box that I could pour a
recording in on one side & have it emerge processed on the other
with everything perfectly ready for return-submission; - And all without a shred of experience
needed. But in the world of quality art - that's not how things
work. Spectrelayer still requires a human with ears & expertise
to review the content & establish parameters. And as anyone who
works with AI will tell you: There are contingencies that must
occasionally be addressed. As a result - turn around
takes time. Spectrelayer is not a music mill. The service is a fine
art conducted by the skilled & competent. He who hesitates waits in
line. Oh,
and beware of the buzz around the term "AI". AI can be a powerful
tool but the alleged benefits are often overblown. Spectrelayer
makes a very limited use of it - that can change over time as the
nature of tech changes. No two AI's are the same. Some are bad!
Years ago
there was a product company that
claimed that they didn't make any of the things you enjoyed ...
Instead - they claimed to "make them BETTER". Spectrelayer
has a similar
theme. And, the better the original master - the more finesse
Spectrelayer will be able to use to improve the psycho-dynamics of
the audio. The process makes the "X" in "THX" stand for "X-citement"!
Spectrelayer is the process that makes listening to music recordings like
hearing them anew! "It was like listening to the recording again for the
1st time." - Rob Hand / Pro Musician & Technical Consultant

Since the best proof is sure proof: As a 1-time free offer:
Professionals may E-mail a LOSSLESS
test stereo audio file (one you have copyright/s to) up to 25MB
in size (formatted as WAV, FLAC, or APE) & it will be processed with Spectrelayer
ASAP &
the result sent back to you as an AAC file attachment. At that point - you'll have
the original source and the Spectrelayer'd result to compare for
yourself. It's the ONLY way to be absolutely convinced with proof
positive! And: Be sure to adjust the average playback
loudness using a
standardized loudness metering device in order to avoid the
loudness-war perceptual trap. After all: If you can't believe your
own ears ...
